                     A&amp;M College</name></name> in <date when="1932">1932</date><choice><orig/><reg>,</reg></choice> majoring in French<lb/>
            and <choice><orig>History</orig><reg>history</reg></choice>. Will enter <name type="place" subtype="building"><ptr target="harvard-university"/><name type="institution" subtype="educational">Harvard <choice><abbr>Uni.</abbr><expan>University</expan></choice></name></name><choice><orig/><reg>,</reg></choice> <lb/>
            <choice><orig>Fall</orig><reg>fall</reg></choice> <date when="1936">1936</date><choice><orig/><reg>,</reg></choice> to study <choice><orig>Theology</orig><reg>theology</reg></choice>. Began<lb/>
               drawing at the age of six and continued<lb/>
                  through <choice><orig>High School</orig><reg>high school</reg></choice>. The picture in<lb/>
               question is about four by six feet and<lb/>
               has the appearance of a piece of tapestry<lb/>
               with the picture woven into the cloth. The<lb/>
               color blending is very good<choice><orig/><reg>,</reg></choice> and the<lb/>
               intent of the artist is clearly painted<lb/>
               into the picture. It gave the writer the<lb/>
               impression of <choice><orig>"</orig><reg/></choice>Ruth <choice><abbr>&amp;</abbr><expan>and</expan></choice> Naomi<choice><orig>"</orig><reg/></choice> parting,<lb/>
               although the picture is <choice><orig>un-named</orig><reg>unnamed</reg></choice>.<note type="contextual" subtype="general">The reference is to Ruth and her mother-in-law Naomi, who depart Moab for Bethlehem together after the death of the former's husband in the Old Testament Book of Ruth. </note><lb/>
